Patrick, a Florida State alumni holding a B.S in Real Estate and Finance, began his career in Commercial Real Estate in February 2011. His previous experiences in the community banking and wholesale mortgage origination industries instilled a deep understanding of real estate valuation, financial market trends and a solutions oriented mentality. Patrick has utilized these skills through multiple roles during his first six years in the industry to advise and navigate his landlord client and/or prospective tenant relationships to successful,
